Return Policy
At Manmadhu Lifestyle, we strive to ensure that you and your little ones are delighted with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not be just right. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
The items should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items
Items on sale or purchased with a discount code.
Gift cards and vouchers.
Any items marked as “Final Sale.”
Return Process
Initiate a Return:
Contact our Customer Service team at support@manmadhulifestyle.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
Prepare Your Package:
Pack the items securely in the original packaging or any suitable package.
Include the original invoice or a copy of it, along with the RAN provided.
Shipping the Return:
Ship the return package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 5 to 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges, after verifying the issue.
